Hi! My name is Josie and I am one of the rehab assistants at Cleveland Performance Chiropractic. I graduated from Lakewood High School in 2022 where I was a part of the Sports and Exercise Science West Shore program. This is where my passion for Exercise Science was cultivated as I began learning about anatomy, how to write exercise programs, movements of the body, and injury prevention/care. I also played volleyball which carried through to my college career at Lorain County Community College. I now coach a team of 16 year old volleyball players at Northern Ohio Volleyball club! I am currently in a University Partnership program through LCCC partnered with Akron, where I will get my bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science in 2026. I then plan on attending Chiropractic school! Outside of the clinic, I love working out to Taylor Swift, going to Guardians games, hanging out with my cat, Jazzy, and watching Marvel movies.
